As your Holistic Lifestyle Consultant I work hands on with you to identify imbalances in your lifestyle and discover resolutions that feel right for YOU. I take an individual approach to your unique situation and help to eliminate causes of stress, unhappiness or uncertainty. Together we not only identify what changes need to be made, we put them into action.
I take a holistic approach, meaning two things –
Firstly, It’s time to get honest with yourself. You may (probably) already know where you need to make changes but have been held back by fear or uncertainty. But if we don’t change… everything stays the same. Therefore, being honest and accepting of the changes you need to make is essential to you being able to move forward and create an authentically happy life.
Secondly, I work with you on a physical, mental and spiritual level. I look at the whole. We are not one-dimensional creatures and when we focus on one area of our being and neglect the others, we create more imbalance. It may be easier for you to focus on one area than another, which is exactly why it is important for you to look at everything. Every choice you make (no matter how inconsequential it may seem) affects who you are and your experience of the world.
By assessing the choices you make (related to food, exercise, relaxation, work, social, etc.), we can determine what changes you need to make and get to work on them!
