As your personal trainer, I will work with you towards developing an intuitive approach to your health and fitness. The human body instinctively KNOWS what is good and bad for it and it sends signals through the physical responses it has to the forces imposed upon it. I will work with you to become more attuned to what your body is telling you. To become more aware of what it is that makes you feel strong, healthy and alive – so we can do MORE of that and LESS of what makes you feel weak, unhealthy and depleted.
The health of your body affects the way you live your life. If you are taking care of yourself and have a body that is healthy and able it can take you wherever you want to go. Your mind will function with more clarity, your energy levels will be high, your confidence will soar and in-turn you will be a much happier person.
It is my goal to help you reach your optimum level of health and fitness by finding the EXERCISE and NUTRITIONAL program that works for you. A program that plays on your strengths and strengthens your weaknesses!
