As we juggle our day-to-day demands our dreams wither away in the background of our minds. While the demands and stresses of our actual lives continually rise we find little time to genuinely switch off and restore, and our health withers’ away along with our dreams…

Taking care of our health, and doing things that bring us joy, become time and energy dependent – which generally means they’re neglected. This is a backwards approach to life that can have dangerous and devastating consequences on our health, leading to diseases and disorders such us; extreme fatigue and exhaustion, depression and anxiety disorders, obesity, diabetes, eating disorders, insomnia, circulatory problems, reduced immunity, infections, heart damage and cancer. Stress is known as the silent killer because it is additive and cumulative in nature – meaning it can build up gradually over time systematically destroying our health (if left unmanaged).

At Abhay Living I work closely with my clients to identify sources of imbalance in their lives. Authentic health requires a holistic approach which means we work on the mind, body and soul to restore balance and repair your body from the inside-out. We approach change as a process, tackling sources of stress one-by-one, so as to relieve the negative effects of stress and increase the positive effects of making healthy choices.
